from 1 - 5 weeks for completion depending on which manufacturer and how
back ordered they are. Products we have in our warehouse ship out the same

The pt9 and pt10 tables are custom made after the orders is placed at
the manufacturer's factory in California. You are paying for a USA made
product, as well as custom options. These can be many times back ordered
due to the customization of the product. The p856 and p858 tables we
manufacturer ourselves overseas. Both tables have 1/4 padding, washable felt, padded armrest with 10
drink holders, and steel folding legs. The p856 and p858 are also in
stock in our warehouse and can ship out the next day.
All of our products offer free shipping in the contiguous 48 states only.
We can ship Fedex products to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada, but you need to call us
at 888-957-6537 to get a shipping quote. We can not ship to Alaska/Hawaii/Canada
any larger product that has to be shipped by truck (see specific product
page to see how it is shipped). We cannot ship to other
countries. I'm sorry, but our suppliers will not ship outside the U.S.
Yes and No. If you purchased a product that we have at our warehouse,
then yes, you will receive Fedex tracking number or Pro Number for the
Trucking company when it
is ready to be shipped out. However, some of our products ship from our
suppliers factories, and many of those products there is no tracking
number available. All products delivered by truck do not have a tracking
We "authorize" your credit card when you place the purchase on our
website. When authorized, the product's total price will be removed from
your available credit so that when we request the funds, it will be
available to us. Funds are then requested after shipment has occured.
All of our available products, colors and stains are on our website.
We cannot make custom products for you. Also, if you do not see the
product on our website, then we don't carry it.
We didn't!! 99% of the time a person who ask this question is using a
debit/check card to make the purchase with us. If you monitor your
account every day, you will see the initial "authorization" of your
payment. This authorization is when we take the payment off the credit
limit of the card so it will be there for us when we do actually charge
your card. Then we will actually charge your card when the product ships
out. You can verify all of this information with your bank.
