Return/Warranty Info Fedex Deliveries - In the first 3 days after delivery, you will need to inspect your product(s) to make sure nothing is physically wrong with it. If there is any damage to it in the shipping process, you need to call us at 1-888-95POKER and let us know in the first 2 days. Fedex will then come back out and document the damage, and send the product(s) back to us, no cost to you, and we will ship a new one. DO NOT SEND ANY PRODUCTS BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE WITHOUT SPEAKING TO US FIRST! Truck Deliveries - If you purchased a table that came by truck, please inspect the table for shipping damage WHILE the delivery people are still there. If table is damaged, REFUSE DELIVERY! Please let us know that you have refused delivery so we can send a new one ASAP. Please buy in Confidence! All non-defective returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and the shipping charges back to PokerOutlet.com must be paid by the consumer. We can make the necessary return shipping arrangements for the customer, but all charges we incur will be taken out of the credit given back to the customer. Any product cancelled after it has been shipped or delivery is refused will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping charges will be taken out of the credit given back to the customer. Instant Credits will be given within 24 hours if customer can supply digital pictures by email of actual damaged products. If no digital pictures are offered, customer must wait until product's damage is verified by shipping manager after the return to our warehouse. This process can take anywhere from 3 - 10 business days. Warranty Information All ZBest Products, which are products in stock and ship the same day or next day (look for blue text "In Stock! Can Ship Same Day!" on the Table of Contents pages on the left) have a 30 day limited warranty. In the first 30 days (beginning the day the product is delivered), PokerOutlet.com will replace any defective products or parts. Non-defective returns can be returned in the first 30 days in their original boxes if the product has not been used by the customer. All non-defective returns are subject to the 15% restocking fee policy stated above in red.
